It’s a super easy-drinking red wine that can be drank with or without food, with your family and friends.
Aroma: Delicate aromas of perfectly ripe delicious red fruits – particularly red cherry, raspberry, strawberry and red plum – with subtle hints of violet, rose, liquorice and white pepper.
Taste: Dry with medium acidity and medium tannins. Light-to-medium bodied with medium alcohol and finish. This smooth red wine opens with flavours of fresh and tangy redcurrant, cranberry, red plum and strawberry. Subtle and warming notes of blackcurrant leaf and spice linger on the finish.
Food pairing: Fantastic as an aperitif alongside a few savoury snacks, or with appetizers and light dishes. This red wine will also pair nicely with light Asian dishes and dim sum.
Open: To fully appreciate this wine, it is best to open at least 1 hour before service.
Service temperature: Lightly chilled (13 to 15 degrees Celsius).
Winemaking process: Grapes are carefully handpicked at optimal ripeness. The grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks for one week and continue fermentation at a low controlled temperature. Maturation continues in stainless steel tanks for 2 months prior to bottling.
Allergens: Minimal naturally-occurring sulphites lower than EU organic wine production requirements.
