SPOILAGE
- Any bottle of wine can be corked from time to time. If this is the case, then please contact Paul and the ecoVINO team at hello@ecovino.shop
- Once we have confirmed the wine is corked, we will happily exchange it for another bottle of that wine. If that wine is no longer in stock, we will provide you with credit or a full refund at our discretion.
BREAKAGE
- Please inspect your box of wine on arrival. In the very unlikely situation that your wine has arrived broken or damaged, then please take a photo and contact Paul and the ecoVINO team at hello@ecovino.shop
- If our delivery partner was responsible for the breakage of your wine during transit to your door, then we will happily send you another bottle of that wine. If that wine is no longer in stock, we will provide you with credit or a full refund at our discretion.
