- The vineyards lie in the heart of the Custoza and Bardolino DOC winemaking regions.
- All wines from Villa Merighi are plant-based and ethically vegan.
- Villa Merighi never use any animal-derived products or isinglass (collagen protein from fish bladders), gelatine, casein (milk protein), skimmed milk or albumin (egg white protein) as fining agents during wine production.
- Villa Merighi is committed to only using plant-based green manure (never animal manure) to fertilise their vines.
