Colour: Pale garnet red.

ecoVINO says: This is an extremely smooth and drinkable light-to-medium bodied red wine. This lovely Bardolino DOC wine is fruity and fresh tasting and is best to drink whilst young. This easy drinking red wine can be enjoyed, with or without food, with your family and friends.
Aroma: Beautiful aromas of black and red cherry, blackcurrant, black plum and tomato leaf, with subtle hints of violet, green bell pepper, oregano, hibiscus and cloves.
Taste: Dry with medium acidity and low tannins. Light-to-medium bodied with medium alcohol and finish. This easy drinking smooth red wine opens with red cherry, cranberry and red plum flavours, with subtle hints of redcurrant, tomato leaf and dried rose on the finish.
Food pairing: Fantastic as an aperitif alongside a few savoury snacks, or with appetizers and light dishes. This red wine will also pair nicely with light Asian dishes and dim sum.
Open: No decanting required.
Service temperature: Low room temperature (16 to 18 degrees Celsius).
Winemaking process: Grapes are carefully handpicked at optimal ripeness. The grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks for one week and continue fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. Maturation continues in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
Allergens: Minimal naturally-occurring sulphites lower than EU organic wine production requirements.
