ecoVINO says: We absolutely love this mouth-watering and well-balanced rosé wine. This is a dry, light-to-medium bodied easy-drinking rosé, with lots of minerality from the Bardolino DOC region. It offers very good complexity and is exceptional value for money. This rosé wine is fantastic to drink now (or before the end of 2023) as an aperitif with your family and friends.
Aroma: Beautiful violet and rose aromas with some lychee and peach overtones. Subtle red fruit notes - particularly strawberry, raspberry and cherry - with hints of white pepper in the background.
Taste: Dry with medium acidity and low tannins. Light-to-medium bodied with medium alcohol and finish. Prominent rose and rose hip flavours with lots of minerality. Fresh, delicate and crisp, with lovely notes of strawberry on the finish.
Food pairing: Fantastic as an aperitif alongside a few savoury snacks, or with low-fat and fresh tasting dishes and sauces.
Open: No decanting required.
Service temperature: Lightly chilled (10 to 12 degrees Celsius).
Winemaking process: The harvested black grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks for only 4 hours and continue fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. Maturation continues in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
Allergens: Minimal sulphites - lower than EU organic wine production requirements.
